The Eyeshadow Palette You Should Buy, According to Your Eye Colour

Eyeshadow palettes are both a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, they provide you with an array of shades to try, often for less than you’d spend buying shadows individually. On the other hand, it’s inevitable that, out of the multitude of shades, you go for the same two or three every time, leaving the rest unused.

So instead of buying our next eyeshadow palette based on all the pretty colors, we’re trying a new strategy: purchasing based on enhancing our eye colour. That way, we know all the shades will be flattering. We set out to determine which eye shadow shades will really make your eyes pop, and created a list of the most flattering eye shadow palettes for your eye color.

Learn all about your eye color’s most flattering hues and shop the corresponding eye shadow palettes below.

  1. Can not wait to get my It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Vol 1 Matte Luxe Transforming Eyeshadow Palette in the mail. I never knew that there was so many different options for my brown eyes. Would you mix and match the colors together or would it be best to only use one at a time?

    1. Hi @ccav66, the colours on the It cosmetics palette are all beautiful. I would suggest having a play around with all the colours, as they all look great with my brown eyes  too. My favourite looks from this palette for evening is a seductive dark smokey eye with midnight and noir colours, or during the day I like soulful and mocha, or all over and under my eyes -sunrise.
